Am I Under Any Obligation In Receiving A Free Quote?

No. It is a part of our service to come out and design and cost a patio for you

Do You Take Care Of Council Permits, Relaxations And Plans?

Yes. Our certifier will arrange all documents required for the application including the final inspection.

Do I Receive A Copy Of My Approved Plans?

Yes. A copy is sent to the owner, the council and the construction company from our certifier for record keeping.

What Warranty Do I Get With My Patio?

Yes on the product you choose to have installed, has 15 years.

If I Go Ahead With The Quote How Much Deposit Will I Pay?

A deposit is 10% of the contract price and all council fees including the QBCC home warrant insurance one off fee.

Do I Need To Arrange Anything?

No. We will obtain all approvals, do all site preparations, complete construction and arrange for all inspections. The only thing you my have to do is move Foxtel Dish or TV antennas that may obstruct the construction.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Patio Built?

In most cases it will take between 2 to 6 weeks for the council approvals 2 weeks to have the roofs and powder coating completed and delivered to site, 2-3 days to build depending on size of the roofs.

Can I Build My Patio Myself?

Yes. We can arrange all approvals and delivery of materials cut to size for you to install. Depending on the value of materials (over $11,000) you will require an owner-builder licence.

Once My Materials Are Delivered How Long Until Installation?

We only like material to be on site for a minimal amount of time, we try to have your project under way within one week (depending on weather conditions).

Do I Need To Be Home During Construction?

No. As long as our builders have access to power and job site.

Will I be kept up-to-date with the progress of my project?

Yes. We pride ourselves on open communication with our clients and will make sure you know where you stand every step of the way via emails and phone calls.
